Revolution Academy & Mass Youth Summer Camp

Take your development to the next level with our Professional Academy Coaches, who will help every player gain a better understanding of, and develop a lifelong passion for the game of Soccer.

The objective of the Revolution Academy is to put players in an environment that encourages technical training, creativity and confidence through age appropriate coaching while fostering a competitive and fun atmosphere.

"This camp must comply with regulations of the MDPH & be licensed by the LBOH"

Parents have the right to review the policies on background check, health care, discipline and grievance procedures upon request.

REQUIRED FROM PHYSICIAN:

• Physical Form/Health Report (must include)
  • • A current medical history which lists allergies, required medications, and any health conditions or impairments which may affect the individual’s activities while attending the camp;
  • A report of a physical examination conducted during the preceding 18 months
  • A certificate of immunization
  • Name, address & telephone number family healthcare provider

Refund Policy:

100% refund of the balance if cancelled more than 21 days prior to the start of the Academy program

50% refund of the balance if cancelled more than 7 days prior to the start of the Academy program

No refund of the balance if cancelled after 7 days or less prior to the start of the Academy program

*Any cancellation made prior to a Revolution Academy cancellation, will be subject to the current refund policy
